Talmage Associates specializes in helping organizations and managers increase productivity through customer-focused management methods and business communication skills and processes.

Gina Caceci, founder and president of Talmage Associates, is a training and development expert with over 25 years of sales, management, training and education experience. Since 1994, Gina has specialized in facilitating workshops and coaching managers to help clients more effectively lead and manage their organizations; help them to consistently deliver exceptional customer service; teach them to collaborate to achieve superior business results; and educate them on how to plan and execute effective oral and written presentations. Some of the companies she has worked with are Duke Energy, Liberty Mutual, Marriott, Fifth Third Bank, Deloitte, Southern California Edison and Ameriprise Financial. She is skilled at facilitating learning among staff at all levels from senior executives to account level management.

Gina’s work has brought her in contact with a range of audiences, including telemarketing representatives, new hires, small business owners, managers, and executives. With front-line experience in field sales, business-to-business telemarketing sales, technical support, and customer service, she brings a broad background and expertise to all customer projects.

Gina is a certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) instructor.

Some of the content of sessions that Gina has led include: leading teams effectively, understanding team dynamics, establishing credibility, influence and collaboration, dealing with conflict, presentation skills, and performance management.

Gina is an energetic, flexible and creative facilitator who consistently receives outstanding evaluations from workshop participants for her ability to create a challenging and supportive environment.

Prior to 1994, Gina excelled in sales and marketing in the demographic/marketing information industry, giving her the personal edge in helping organizations improve sales, marketing and internal work flow to get better results. Working with small businesses to Fortune 1000 companies across many industries such as financial services, franchising and healthcare, she helped corporations get more value and expand their business through the analysis of market information. She was also a successful account manager for Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), focusing on the higher education and technical markets. Gina knows firsthand what it takes to make a successful salesperson and how to groom people to succeed in sales, management and support positions.

Gina holds a Bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College and did graduate study at the State University of New York at Brockport under a grant from the U.S. Department of Education. She is President of the board of directors of Creative Cauldron, a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to making the arts accessible and affordable to everyone in the community.
